working in supply chain management department as a change management coordinator.* Responsible for BOM management and break pointing.* Coordinator with engineering and manufacturing CFT for change management and implementation.* Coordinating with each section of SCM for solving BOM related discrepancies.* Ensure engineering change and break point end to end process control and maintain accuracy of stock.*vehicle BOM validation in regards to physical usage.*coordinating with different functions to avoid obsolescence and liquidation.*coordination with CFT for smooth localisation and VAVE implementation.Working in jhon deere India pvt Ltd for july 2020 to Aug 2023 working in manufacturing engineering department as a Engineering change management coordinator. my responsibility is to do regular Bom audit as per varient and check each and every parts that fixing on the product. also if any change in part I will communicating to the operator and taking trial on the product. Also I am implementing new ECM as per change control process that minor or major changes in product. participating in commonization drive that is to common the par as per their cost, size, material etc. in this team I got reward and recognition for R2 tractor project that is my achievement. I had taken various part changes trial on a assembly line and that was successful R2 tractor and this achievement for me. previously I was worked for basic of seeing that is making part that making for tools and fixtures and equipment Handalling trolly
