I’m Shruti, a semi-qualified CA and B. Com graduate, looking for opportunities where I can bring my skills in financial planning and analysis to help a business grow and work more efficiently. In my current role as a Process Developer at Genpact India, my job is to make sure that when we close the books every month and year, everything adds up perfectly. I’ve worked on improving how we report our finances, making it easier for everyone to understand where the money is going and how the business is doing. I’ve taken on projects that make our financial tasks quicker and more accurate, like automating how we reconcile accounts, which has been a big hit with our clients. I’ve also become quite good at managing the complexities of transactions between our company and others, making sure everything matches up as it should. My role requires me to be flexible and ready to handle different financial tasks for our clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and I’ve been recognized for my ability to keep everything running smoothly. I’m skilled in using different financial software like Oracle, Workday, and Power BI to analyze data and report on it. I’ve recently completed a course in Financial Planning & Analysis on Udemy, which has sharpened my skills in making budgets, predicting future finances, and deciding where it’s best to invest the company’s money. My key strengths include being really good at analyzing financial data to help make big business decisions, explaining complex financial stuff in a way that stakeholders from diverse backgrounds can understand, and managing several financial projects at once without missing a beat. I’m great at working with different teams to make sure our financial planning helps every part of the business.
