Explaining the candidate to understand job role/job description. Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate\'s suitability, Attitude, Coordinating the interview line up, scrutinizing, scheduling candidates, follow up and facilitating the same till the closure of the position. Maintain candidates resume database and the necessary details.
