I lead complex software delivery with a focus on clarity, structure, and calm execution.Over the past several years, I\'ve worked across technical project and program environments in enterprise software and data-driven products, partnering with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers to move initiatives from ambiguity to alignment and delivery. A core part of my role involves navigating multi-layer stakeholder and customer environments - translating technical complexity into clear direction, aligning priorities across teams, and maintaining delivery momentum while balancing business expectations.
