After school hopping about 7 times, I landed at XLRI for my PGDHRM in 13-15 batch.Asian Paints believed in me and I have been with the company for 6 years, about 3 years in manufacturing unit in Hyderabad managing ER/IR, recruitment, L&D etc. with long term settlement experience standing out for me. In next half, I contributed in Talent Management and Organization Development at HO, spearheading org wide tech enabled learning platform rollout and socialisation, 360 assessments, org wide award ceremonies, People review process etc. in addition to several other leadership development journeys.Have been fortunate to pick up certifications and insights into MBTI, design thinking and ICF Coaching along the way.
