Greetings everyone,It is a pleasure for me to introduce myself. This is Shruti Jha, who graduated with Economics as the major. Currently, I am employed with Franklin Templeton Investments as a Compliance Business Analyst in Investment Compliance division.The aspects of Global Investment markets have always fascinated me and thus, drives my constant desire to acquaint myself with new skills.Along this path, I am aiming to pursue CFA and have been honing my skills in software like SQL, Alteryx, Advanced Excel and Financial Modelling and in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. One might think, why a sudden interest in data manipulation and analysis in a Finance background? It stems with the firm belief that data analysis helps identify trends, correlations, and patterns in financial markets, enabling investors to make informed decisions. With continuous progress in the technological era, I believe there are crossroads where Finance and Technology happen to meet and in combination of human perception and analysis, refined investment decisions can be made.However, this is not all I engage myself with, I do love reading and sketching at regular intervals to keep myself fresh and anew for any challenges.Thank you.
