1.Responsible for framing the Amazon AOP (annual operating plan) and aligning internal stakeholders on core drivers and enablers2.Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day trading program on India ecommerce platforms, with particular focus on Amazon3.Work alongside external distribution partners and demand planning to ensure availability of product and deliver improved forecasting capabilities within TW.4.Guide and support our agency on paid / organic consumer acquisition plans to enable delivery of AMAZON gross revenue and EBITDA targets.5.Brand and marketing partnership: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and promotional activities.6.Budget Management: Manage budgets for trade spending, promotions, and other sales-related activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.7.Support in enabling optimal merchandising of products / categories / landing pages alongside our appointed agency and distribution partners.8.Strategic oversight and management of promotional calendar / events.9.Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide regular reports to drive strategic recommendations (using tools such as CIQ, H10, Junglescout)10.Take full responsibility of the customer P&L as well as internal forecasting revenue and profit management11.Occasional requirement to collaborate with/support the global marketplace team on operational initiatives (e.g. back-end inventory management, item set up, market expansion etc)12.Management/control of unauthorized 3rd party resellers
