B.Tech graduate with 9 years of diverse experience in user engagement, consulting, stakeholder management, project management, and government advisory. I specialize in conducting policy-relevant research, leveraging primary and secondary surveys, and providing insights for key National and State Level projects.Currently, I serve as a Senior Business Analyst at Globallogic, focusing on enhancing user experience and working on various technical aspects of our products.Previously, I was part of the Program Management Unit (PMU) set up for Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and contributed to several projects at the Quality Council of India. These include Skills India, Swachh Bharat Mission, Swachh Madhya Pradesh, and the South Delhi Municipal Corporation PIU setup. Additionally, I have assisted various states in improving their rankings in the annual Swachh Survekshan organized by the Ministry, and provided strategic management and implementation consultancy services under the Swachh Bharat Mission.Earlier in my career, I was associated with HCL Infosystem Ltd, where I was responsible for preparing timely audit reports, training and mentoring new hires, and addressing client queries and issues.
