It involves managing key stakeholder relationships at different levels inorder to complete all the deliverables from Hyderabad GCC. My leadership and communication capabilities honed over all the years of work experience, help me in the accomplishment of all BAU tasks and achieve the targeted metrics defined for the job. The accounting and analytic tasks completed from COE team at Hyderabad GCC include payables and receivables accounting and reporting, Bank reconciliations, payroll processing, monthly & year end closing, Balance Sheet reconciliation and reporting, insights reporting, and all monthly, quarterly, & annual statutory compliances per Australian requirements. Team Leading, Performance appraisals, and management of BAU are important cornerstones towards accomplishing metrics each month.
