I am Shruti Ganesh, Lead Internal Auditor at Clarivate, with close to 7.5 years of experience in external audit. In my current role, I lead internal audit engagements, focusing on strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency. My work enables the organization to make informed strategic decisions backed by actionable insights.Prior to Clarivate, I worked at RSM, managing audits of management companies and diverse Canadian clients. This experience allowed me to develop a strong understanding of client operations across industries and deliver valuable insights for business improvement.I began my career at Deloitte USI, specializing in audits of hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds, and fund of funds. This role helped me build deep expertise in investment management audits and hone my analytical and technical skills.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai.
