Designing & Production:• Managing & curating the brand\'s collections from market research, trend analysis, conceptualization, preparing a mood board for the collection, designing, fabric selection, and souring all the trims required. Successfully launched 6 collections under the Bodd Active label & also expanded to adjacent product categories such as accessories to widen the product assortment & customer reach.• Introducing new product categories to the brand\'s portfolio to give Bodd a competitive edge over existing brands in the market.• Working closely with the in-house pattern master & tailors on the development of the samples, to overseeing the production process & the final launch. Optimizing the resources as well as product costs in line with the product price structure to maintain profitability.• Closely monitor the sales with detailed analysis & correct production forecasting ensuring each product line is in alignment with overall business strategy.• Worked closely with Krishna Shroff & Tanya Ghavri to launch limited edition collections for Bodd that led to 40-50% uptake in the launch month.Strategy & Marketing:• Working with the founders on overall business strategy, brand milestones & marketing way forward for Bodd Active• Overseeing the social media strategy & digital asset creation for all platforms- social media, website, performance marketing ads & third-party e-commerce channels.• Deciding the product assortment & negotiations with e-commerce platforms. • Working in close coordination with web management agency to ensure optimization of content, UI & UX representation of the brand• Conceptualizing the brand campaigns & directing the brand’s quarterly creative shoots alongside the founders.People Management: • Led a team of 20 employees, including 15 tailors, 2 production assistants & 1 graphic designer• Assigned tasks to the team members and scheduled follow-ups to ensure organizational targets are achieved within the set timeline.
