I designed the company’s return-to-office strategy using badging data, with recommendations adopted in the current hybrid workforce model. Additionally, I led workforce planning initiatives, optimizing staffing with a 1.5 ratio of full-time to part-time employees, and evaluated internal promotion rates, providing recommendations to standardize promotions and enhance fairness.
