Hi, I’m Shruti Batham — an HR Management student at York University with a people-first mindset, a hospitality background, and a love for connecting with others (both in person and through the camera lens).With a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai, I honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. My years in hospitality taught me that at the heart of every success story is the human experience and that’s exactly what drives my passion for Human Resources.I’m deeply curious about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building inclusive workplace cultures. Currently, I’m focused on gaining hands-on HR experience in Canada, contributing where I can, learning from those ahead of me, and adding value through a people-centric approach.And here’s a fun twist I’m also a content creator. I enjoy sharing stories, insights, and sometimes just hitting “records” to talk things out.
