Empathy and free speech… It’s pretty standard- Hard work and creativity should be rewarded, celebrated and met with flexibility… not with additional work hours, limited reward and added stressors- Talented individuals can live AND be successful from anywhere! Not just in major tech cities- Sustainability is a priority, not a recommendation. We must make sure we secure the longevity of both our team members and our projects- Games, movies, books and entertainment should be just that! Entertainment. Fun!
