ABOUT SHRUTHI RAO

As a Data Engineer at NIRA, I work with AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, and Amazon EMR to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. I also perform data analysis and quality checks using SQL and Spark SQL, and optimize the performance and reliability of the data solutions. I have 7 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, having worked as a Module Lead and a Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree before joining NIRA. I have successfully delivered multiple projects involving big data, cloud, and web technologies, using agile methodologies and best practices. I have also completed certifications in Data Science in Python and Big Data & Hadoop Advance Course, which demonstrate my passion and commitment to learning new skills and staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in the field. I am a graduate of N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE, where I obtained a B.E in Computer Science in 2016. I have a strong foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and databases, which I apply to my daily work as a Data Engineer. I am also proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and have a working knowledge of C and Python. I am a motivated, collaborative, and result-oriented professional, who values quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to create value and impact. I am always eager to learn new things, explore new opportunities, and solve complex problems.
