Core ResponsibilitiesRequisition Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to create and post requisitions for contingent roles through Vendor Management Systems (VMS).Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between staffing vendors and the client, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to client policies.Onboarding Support: Oversee onboarding logistics, including background checks, orientation schedules, compliance documentation, and system access setup.Time & Expense Oversight: Monitor timesheets, approvals, and expense submissions to ensure accurate billing and payroll processing.Rate & Compliance Checks: Audit pay and bill rates against market benchmarks and client policies, flagging inconsistencies and recommending adjustments.Offboarding Coordination: Facilitate exits, including asset recovery, systems deactivation, final timesheet submissions, and exit interviews if applicable.Data & Reporting: Maintain dashboards and generate workforce reports for stakeholders—covering spend analysis, headcount, tenure, compliance rates, etc.Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies or bottlenecks and suggest solutions to enhance performance and compliance.
