Responsible for end-to-end Employee life cycle.• Responsible for onboarding.• Training and development / Orientation • Responsible for Background verification (BGV)• Human Resource Information System (HRIS)• Preparing monthly MIS.• Handling PF grievance. • Reviewing monthly newsletter.• Payroll and Salary inputs • Conducting monthly audits of key tasks e.g. payroll, salary inputs and necessary coordination with account team and processes, etc.• Proving the necessary input to the payroll department. • Attendance and leave management.• Documentation and Record keeping • Developing & maintaining MIS Reports and other operations reports.• Motivation, welfare, health and safety • Driving various Motivational, Fun, Business and Team Building engagement activities on the floor.• Performance appraisal & Compensation • Closely coordination with supervisors and managers in the process of appraisal of employee performance, pay, promotion, and disciplinary action. • Industrial relations • Managing variety of employee relations issues.• Handling end to end employee professional work cycle, Responsible to foster healthy employee – employer relation.• Conducts weekly & Monthly skip level meetings with employees.• Grievance handling and redressal • Organization development • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Human resource policies and procedures• Vendor Management• Reporting attrition trends to higher management on monthly and quarterly basis for all strategic business units across India• Exit formalities • Ex-employment verification
