iPRIMED started in 2009 and is focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Supply Chain. Our systems and methods are under a patent (pending). Our programs have been accredited by Edexcel ), a Pearson company. We are members of NASSCOM (a licensed training provider) and are an NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) partner. We focus on context based and holistic learning where multiple skills from the functional / technical, behavioural, process and domain buckets are blended in a learning session. We cater to skill development needs across the junior, mid and senior levels. While the focus at the junior levels is more on the fundamentals and how to apply the same in the context of business, the focus at the mid and senior levels is on specific / niche areas and newer demands due to the changing dynamics of business. For senior levels, the focus is more on mentoring and coaching than on training. Our offerings cover the entire gamut of the Talent Supply Chain – Consulting, Content Design & Development, Training Delivery and Post Delivery support. Our platform (iPRIMED Athena – ) can personalize the curriculum at an individual level. This is available across all devices; learning happens at the pace of the learner.
