I lead multiple engineering teams, collaborating with globally distributed cross-functional groups to deliver cutting-edge Einstein AI features and Agents that help marketers drive impactful customer engagement across Marketing Cloud. My focus spans Predictive & Generative AI, as well as driving AI tooling enablement and adoption (Cursor, Gemini, NotebookLM, MCPs, LLMs).I also lead the Women in Tech wing for Marketing Cloud India.** At PayPal, I led multiple scrum teams supporting the Global Merchant Credit suite, covering Credit Fraud, Risk & Underwriting, targeted marketing, and Credit Risk Profile evaluation. I successfully built teams from scratch, transitioned work from US-based teams, and ramped up delivery for critical risk portfolios.** Earlier at BT and Subex, I built & delivered products in Data Integrity Management, Network Activation, Inventory Management, and Monitoring & Reporting, along with engineering productivity & cloud migrations for OSS & BSS. These solutions were adopted by leading telecom providers (AT & T, Telenor, Telstra, Telefónica, & others) to enhance operational efficiency & reduce fraud. I hold a Computer Science Engineering degree, a Strategic Management Certification from IISc Bangalore, and certifications as a BCS Practitioner in Agile & a SAFe 5 Agilist.Passionate about mentoring, public speaking, and contributing to non-profits & academic institutions, I’m committed to giving back and shaping future leaders.
