As a Product Catalog Specialist, I manage and maintain the catalog for software and services vendors across Gartner Digital Markets platforms. I collaborate with peers and managers from cross-functional teams, including Research, Sales, Business Development, Automation, Engineering, and more to ensure data accuracy and support critical business functions.Project Management & Research: Support the research team by vetting products for their Branded Research Report. I have also driven and contributed to several projects, including the creation of a new AI Detection category, the development of an automation prompt for product vetting, and providing UI improvement ideas for the Unified Product Catalog (UPC).Process Improvement: I initiated and assisted implementing an idea to automatically re-open Freshdesk tickets when they are merged, which has streamlined workflows. I also updated the Freshdesk routing guide that hadn\'t been updated since 2023, assisting all the teams across GDM.Vendor and Internal Communications: I address Freshdesk tickets, vendor queries, and internal requests on Slack, guiding vendors and reps on processes. I also manage VIP profiles to ensure they meet company guidelines.
