I have spent the last 10 years working across operations, customer success, and transformation — mostly in FinTech, SaaS, and EdTech environments.Currently General Manager at Oakbrook Finance (Blenheim Chalcot), a UK-based consumer lending business, where I look after India operations including governance, delivery, and stakeholder alignment with the UK team.Before this, I worked as a consultant at Cornerstone OnDemand managing platform adoption for enterprise clients across the globe, and spent close to seven years at BYJU\'s progressing through customer success and operations into a leadership role.I am currently doing the ISB General Management Programme alongside work, which has been a good forcing function to pressure-test a lot of assumptions built over a decade of doing.Open to conversations around operations, transformation, and consulting roles.

I worked as the account interface between BC\'s portfolio leadership and its ventures, managing stakeholder engagement, tracking execution priorities, and ensuring portfolio companies had what they needed to deliver.The role required moving quickly across very different business contexts and building credibility with senior people fast. It also gave me deep familiarity with Oakbrook Finance specifically, which led to me joining the Oakbrook team directly as General Manager shortly after the entity setup.
