ABOUT SHRIYANSH RAO

Hi sir/Ma\'am, I have 1-year Experience as a Customer support executive In STARTEK for Flipkart\'s \"Multiple Returns\" LOB. Where I was working as a level 2 support executive. My job responsibilities were to handle the cases where the customer\'s returns were cancelled due to multiple reasons such as logistics delays or by the customer him/herself. While handling the cases I learn a lot such as: •How to handle the furious customer. •How to communicate reasonably and in a persuading manner. •How to maintain the pace of work while maintaining 100% accuracy. • Multi-tasking • Active Listening And a lot more. Currently, I am working as an HR executive with STARTEK only. My work includes, intriguing, screening, documentation, sourcing profiles and handling the joining procedure,and I enjoy it a lot as I love to communicate to strengthen my communication skills. Here every day I observe candidates with numerous skills and abilities few have good parlance, and few have good technical skills. Every day I learn something new and I add it to my skill set although they\'re not that accurate. I am pretty sure If I do a lil hard work I\'ll easily make them perfect. I\'m looking forward to accomplishing a higher position in the same field with the help of my leads, seniors, managers and colleagues. My Interests are: • Writing and building communication skills Sharing Ideas and inspirations through article, blogs, anthology, E-books and novel theories. • So far I haven\'t been able to publish my book, but yes I am working on it by gaining more experience and exposure. • Learning New technology and Scientific Data such a theories related to physics and space tech. • Learning Literature and Art. • Traveling. • Animation and Gaming software. I am happy to say that I\'m too young to be a recruiter but due to my luck and the skills I learnt from my seniors colleague and teachers. I\'m working as a valuable asset for my organization, on a responsible and respectful position. And yes I\'m looking forward to work with you as well as we all know that change is necessary to grow.
