Hello LinkedIn Community,I am Shriya Kulkarni, holding an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore, and approach therapy from a person-centered perspective. Being in therapy is about knowing ourselves, creating awareness about the small things that make us human. A process which demands conscious efforts from both sides of the table. I believe in our innate ability to heal with the right therapeutic support. In my practice, I integrate CBT, REBT, DBT, and Art therapy to facilitate self-awareness and growth. With 18 years of training in Hindustani classical music, I am in awe of the power of expressive arts therapy and the wonders it creates in the therapeutic space to enhance therapeutic outcomes.Creating a safe space is crucial in therapy, and I strive to co-create this environment with each client.
