Coordinating the Senior Leadership cadence, including taking responsibility for actions/minutes capture, distributing agendas, and collating all key meeting packs - to ensure that we support the senior Leadership team in having appropriate oversight across the entire operation, and understanding how our performance is tracking against our critical measures.• Owning the collation of key reporting packs on a weekly and monthly basis – helping the operation with managing their performance, and giving our executive team/clients/FCA appropriate oversight.• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the operation, supporting their performance management and working with MI and Finance as needed to establish data requirements and drive commercial plan.• Support our wider team with plan creation and maintenance to ensure we’re clear on our aims as a team, and are accountable in tracking against these.• Supporting with the creation and maintenance of governance and project management frameworks to support our Project Managers, and ensure we are consistent and clear in our approach.• Support our wider team with implementing and maintaining a requests and prioritisation process.
