Working as a Teaching Assistant with LTF Recruitment Agency in a SEND college, I supported students with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. I provided one-to-one and small group support, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles using visual aids, simplified instructions, and structured routines. In my younger years of studies I always wanted to have leadership due to a case of decision-making, and problem-solving are critical in fast-paced environments which excites me.
