As a Senior Designer at Microsoft, I’m part of the Customer Experience team within the Business and Industry Copilot organization. I focus on enhancing the sales planning and management experiences for our users, as well as refining the sales chat interface integrated into the M365 platform and Teams.I work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure everything is user-ready. Additionally, we collaborate cross-functionally with the D365 and Copilot Studio teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers across platforms.I’m also involved in expanding our design capabilities through whiteboarding sessions and vibecoding via VS Studio, ensuring we innovate and refine user experiences consistently.
