As the Media Head, I\'m the one who makes sure our team shines brightly across all our social platforms. My main gig is pushing our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, constantly churning out fresh, engaging content that really captures who we are. I\'m always cooking up new ideas for posts, videos, and stories, making sure everything we share looks great and sounds like us. A big part of my job is also linking up with our editorial head to get our stories out there – think press releases, articles, and anything else that helps us connect with the wider world. And, of course, I\'m in charge of our merchandise, from designing cool new gear to making sure both our official and unofficial swag is top-notch. Beyond the day-to-day, I\'m constantly analyzing what\'s working and what\'s not, tweaking our strategies to make sure we\'re always reaching more people and making a bigger impact. Essentially, I\'m the guardian of our team\'s image, making sure our story is told compellingly and consistently everywhere.
