I am an ICT Engineer – TAC Engineer specializing in Palo Alto Networks security solutions, with a strong foundation in network security, firewall technologies, and enterprise cybersecurity operations. In my current role, I work on troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting Palo Alto firewalls, handling real-world issues related to security policies, NAT, VPNs (IPSec & GlobalProtect), High Availability (HA), and traffic flow analysis in production environments.With a B.Tech in Computer Science, I bring a problem-solving mindset and systems-level understanding to cybersecurity.
