With more than six years of experience in technical accounting and advisory services, I am a Manager and a member of CAG (Complex Accounting Group) at KPMG Global Services. I\'m a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. I specialize in providing technical accounting advisory support to clients across various industries, with a key focus on financial sector and technology-media-telecom (TMT) sector. In my current role, I lead the technical accounting practice as well as the FS and TMT practice, delivering high-quality services for complex M&A transactions, securitizations, complex debt-equity financing, IPOs and GAAP conversions. I have successfully led and executed multiple projects ranging from $1 billion to $3 billion in deal value, applying US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
