I am a CA Finalist student currently pursuing my Industrial Training from Grasim Industries in the Direct Taxation Team. I was associated with Nangia & Co LLP for my Articleship in the Direct Taxation Team. During the Articleship, the key work done by me are -Preparation and filing of various forms and regular compliances as per the Income Tax Act such as Form 10A, Form 61A, TDS Returns etc-Preparation and Filing of Income Tax Return-Preparation in Drafting and filing of Form 35 in front of CIT(A)-Assistance in detailed paperbook and Legal submission to be presented before Tribunal -Assistance in conducting due diligence on various direct tax issues in case of acquisition of a company -Drafting of various legal sumissions in relation with Income Tax Act -Researching and preparing tax advisories in relation to various direct tax matters;
