Huesofthemind is a non-profit organization run by progressive youth, where we try to have more conversations related to mental health to spread awareness and reduce the stigma around it. We are a member organisation of the United Nations SDSN. Through our workshops, content and campaigns, we - share resources for mental wellness and wellbeing- create a safe space & encourage inclusivity- make resources available and more affordableand act as a tool for Self-help, especially amongst children and the youth. We have invited several esteemed speakers, artists, mental health advocates, and mental health professionals to support the same cause. We have collaborated with over 100 organizations and impacted people through our Events and workshops alone, to encourage mental well being.Our team is the youngest team to be honoured with the National IHW Award by the former Health Secretary of India. Our work has been recognized by The Times of India, Navbharat Times, and by youth-led organizations like AIESEC and Under25. We have also been featured on several social media pages like \'@officialpeopleofindia\' and supported by institutes such as VIT Vellore.Our recent & free of cost, successful initiatives include- HuesLetter (delivered to over people)- Mental Health Repository (50+ Mental Health Professionals )- School, organization & college-specific workshops/workshop series (such as with DPS Gurgaon, Swasti-The Health Catalyst, AIESEC, Girl up, NIFT, Delhi University, NLU and more)- HuesRadio, a podcast to encourage awareness around mental wellbeingWe’ve released our illustrated book, Hues of You, to raise funds to make therapy more affordable.Note: Huesofthemind is a registered NGO under the name Huesofthemind Mental Wellbeing Foundation.(Section 8 Company)We help people help themselves.
