About Shrishti Chaturvedi
I graduated from University of Southern California with a master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Marshall School of Business. I am certified for Lean Six Sigma – Green belt.I worked for 2 years in MG Motors India where I was heading the customer warranty concerns related to quality of Electric vehicles. I collaborated with the suppliers to improve their in-process quality assuring quality and delivery targets timeline. My experience is in providing quick solutions for issues in electric vehicles & delivering the vehicle to the customers on right time thereby improving the supply chain efficiency. I was also a key member during the launch of 3 new vehicle models including India’s first internet SUV – MG Hector, India’s first all-Electric internet SUV – MG ZS EV, India’s first internet autonomous Level-1 premium SUV – MG Gloster. I also worked with the Telematics team assuring and troubleshooting the issues through appropriate software of all Electrical modules.I worked for 3 years in one of the top supply chain firms – Schneider Electric where I developed strong leadership skills through managing a team of 100 operators in manufacturing department, reaching daily production targets through appropriate planning of materials, manpower & machines. I worked collaboratively in a high cross-functional environment & provided solutions to critical process issues thereby improving the line efficiency by 80%. I have gained necessary technical knowledge along with strong management skills. I am eager to contribute my skills as a self-starter and committed individual to working in a fast-paced environment.
