I am responsible for Infosys relations with GCCs for the Financial Services vertical. This includes managing the India-based relationship team that covers our existing GCC clients, as well as setting up new GCCs. I’ve had the good fortune to see the software/ technology business from many sides. As a services/ product provider, I\'ve handled varied responsibilities including pre-sales, sales, account management, programme management and offshore project delivery. In a stint on the buy-side, I focused on vendor management, developing and implementing an offshoring and outsourcing strategy for a global bank.
