As a maritime leader with over 25 years of global seafaring and shore-based experience, I have commanded and managed a diverse fleet — from VLCCs to MR tankers — navigating not only across oceans but also through the evolving landscapes of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.Throughout my career, I have led transformative initiatives, including the development of vessel performance scorecards, the successful induction of LNG-fueled tankers into company operations, and active participation in HAZID and HAZOP workshops for our pioneering Wind-Assisted Propulsion project.From helm to headquarters, my journey has been anchored in precision, accountability, and continuous improvement. At Synergy Maritime, I advanced to the role of Assistant Manager – Marine, where I played a pivotal role in fleet-wide performance enhancement, accident investigations using tools like MSCAT and TapRoot, and SIRE 2.0 implementation across varied vessel classes.Today, as Marine Manager at Densay Marine, I oversee the operations of bulk carriers and oil tankers, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. I bring to the role a strong foundation in QHSE, a data-driven mindset, and a commitment to integrating AI-powered solutions into maritime workflows.Outside the core of my work, I am actively exploring Power BI, Excel automation, and prompt engineering — seeking innovative ways to combine maritime expertise with modern analytics. Whether it’s optimizing procedures or mentoring shipboard staff, my focus remains consistent: making every process safer, smarter, and future-ready.
