I have over eight years of experience designing and delivering customer-centric solutions across industrial sectors. My current expertise lies in X-as-a-Service (XaaS), Business Model Innovation, process improvements, and strategic advisory, helping businesses enhance efficiency, achieve growth, and gain market leadership. In my recent role, I advised clients on customer segmentation, value proposition design, and developing service-based business models. I also facilitated workshops, conducted voice-of-customer research, and benchmarked competitive offerings to help clients launch innovative services aligned with market demands. I led initiatives to raise awareness of servitization, encourage organisational change, and support sustainable business growth. As a Technical Sales Consultant, I managed key accounts in the food and water division. My solutions improved sales operational efficiency and contributed to a revenue increase. My ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise across departments enabled me to successfully deliver projects that reduced supply errors and improved response times.
