Shripal has nearly 15 years of experience with KPMG in Canada, Asia and The Caribbean, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation. As the Lead for Generative AI at KPMG, Shripal has been instrumental in driving the adoption and implementation of Generative AI technologies. Shripal is also a leader in Health System Transformation – he has led the design and launch of the National Health Insurance scheme for the Government of The Bahamas and is supporting their journey towards Universal Health Coverage. Shripal has led large health system initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic with a particular focus on supply chain resilience.
