During my nearly 10-year tenure, I spearheaded Madhavbaug’s evolution into a nationwide healthcare provider, achieving- Expansion from 103 clinics in 2 states to over 350 clinics across 12 states- Revenue growth from ₹24 crore to a turnover of ₹200 crore- Transforming over a million lives through patient-first, outcome-focused care.A proud milestone in my career was leading Madhavbaug’s transition from a private limited company to a publicly listed entity, reflecting the organization’s financial stability and long-term vision.Prior to Madhavbaug, I honed my expertise in sales and team leadership at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, where I was honored with the Best Area Regional Manager Award (2013) for delivering exceptional business growth and operational efficiency.My leadership philosophy is rooted in empowering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and pursuing innovation.
