He was the driving force behind Mutli-Lingual Service Desk implementation for Momentive. Shripad also has Customer Success Experience supporting Business Systems and Infrastructure for Global 500 companies such as AT & T, British Airways, Nokia, Telia Sonera, Mercedes Benz and Daimler AG. Most recently Shripad was instrumental in setting up Compliance Office for worlds largest Digital Transformation deal, for a large automobile manufacturer, spanning 48 countries, overseeing contractual, quality and regulatory compliance.Shripad is a People Centric Leader, who nurtures culture of innovation & experimentation by encouraging critical thinking and creativity.
