Collaborate with all stake holders, viz. Founder, CTO, Channel Partners, Business partners and our Users to\\\\nimplement new products, services, plans and strategies.\\\\n• Document critical feedback from users, channel partners, business partners and provide Business\\\\nRequirements to tech team. Discuss these feedbacks with tech team for further development of new & \\\\nexisting features to reduce the churn.\\\\n• Manage all teams (Onboarding, Support, E-waybill & E-invoice, GST Filing, Banking, Channel Partner\\\\nsales, Unsecured Loans, Credit cards) and Train teams for better customer service and product support\\\\nand build a strong closed loop system to improve efficiency at all levels.\\\\n• Proactively Identified Gaps and bottlenecks in current process, documented and suggested Process\\\\nimprovements. Elicited Requirements and conceptualized new features. Doing UAT from last 3 years\\\\nwhich has improved quality of product feature release.\\\\n• Interviewed several users regularly to Gather requirements, conducted surveys with users to get clarity\\\\non user satisfaction and Non-Functional requirements. Got rid of many redundant processes which\\\\nsaved cost and time for our Company.\\\\n• Introduced various data points for teams to improve Lead Conversion which helped us improve top-\\\\nline. Performed Data cleaning, Data Modelling and Data analysis of signups, Usage, Subscriptions,\\\\nChurn, Employee performance using power BI and reported key insights to CEO, CTO and other\\\\nstakeholders.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
