   Oversaw the end-to-end product development of the web application, from conceptualisation to launch, which led to 3xing of user base-Collaborated cross-functionally to translate business and design requirements into product features. This includes working closely with the developers to push features. When resources were limited, I even provided coding support in order to ensure timely feature release-Worked with the Design team to develop features such as CAS Statement upload to automate asset discovery, Will upload to app, easy distribution of Assets in Will, etc-Conducted market analysis through both direct interviews and surveys with existing and potential customers, gathering qualitative insights about various aspects of the product experience. This was used to develop a user persona chart and for product enhancements that increased feature usage by 20-30%-Collaborated with different teams including content and design to identify opportunities for LLM utilisation, resulting in a measurable increase in productivity and efficiency across departments-Enhanced internal and external metrics by manifold through implementation of a comprehensive metrics dashboard integrated with tools like Mixpanel and Hotjar-Led the integration of apps such as Referral Factory, Mailchimp/Mandrill and CASParser and partnerships with companies such as NRI Money Clinic and Centricity.
