I took full responsibility for a $286M operating budget and $100M capex, ensuring every dollar was optimized for maximum impact.Guiding a team of over 600 employees—50% of whom are union members—I lead nine departments with a strategic vision. I manage the operations of three central distribution warehouses, numerous satellite locations, and $700M in inventory.
