Updating & Monitoring RFQ status- RFQ Package study, Review for manufacturing feasibility & Define Initial PFD- Customer Interaction for New RFQ\'s, feasibility discussions & Technical reviews- Preparing detailed Zero-based Cost breakup with FTG/Development cost of new products/projects & Benchmarking with existing similar part- Workout CAPEX Requirement for new project- Prepare project wise Business Case & Approval from BUH- Preparing & monitoring program management gate wise Cost tracker- Working as a single point of contact for all queries for pricing & technical support- Assist to BD team for techno-commercial negotiation with Customer- Responsible for cost optimization & improve product/project profitability- Responsible for releasing \"should be\" cost sheets to SCM and ensuring norms change/adherance to save input costs- Assisting with product, process, plant contribution improvement & VAVE projects- Providing Cost actualisation proposal to BD/Customer basis on current market scenario- Co-ordinating with Engineering, SCM, Operation & QA/QC for preparing effective proposal- Preparing Development Activity Plan, Process Flow & FTG requirement- Conducting weekly RFQ review meetings- Preparing Weekly/Monthly MIS reports- Projects – 2W/3W/4W Transmission Assembly, Engine Gears, Shafts, Crank Pin & Camshafts for customer Bajaj, HMSI, TVSM, RE, IYM, MSIL, HMCL, Ducati, HD, Danfoss, Aerostar, ZF, DANA, GCL, Meritor & Eaton.
