A. Consulting Engagement Experience 1. Project Executive and Program Controller for two Multi Billion dollar Outsourcing accounts in the Telecom sector for 7 years. The first Telecom account is amongst the top 3 telecom operators in India, and the other Telecom account is spread over 17 countries in Africa. Scope of the Telecom contracts is End to End IT implementation and operations 3. Provided delivery leadership as the Project Executive in multiple application implementation in two countries which had to be integrated with the local core network elements and remote applications like business intelligence and revenue assurance to make the client compliant to country regulations.4. As Project Executive led a large team of consultants and partner resources to deliver Core Banking project including deployment of multiple channels. The scope included included implementation of Retail and Corporate Core Banking and 14 applications including the customer channels. It also included Post implementation application support services5. Consulted a Bank on a Greenfield setup and defined the Core banking solution for them.B. Sales Leadership Experience 1. Structured the Telco operator Intelligent Network charging solution a first of its kind in IBM which provided a 30% cost savings for the client in this area. Instrumental in leading and financially structuring the extension of a Telecom operator contract for Multi Million dollars. Lead the client side discussions with procurement and finance.3. Lead multiple other multi million dollar engagements in Telecom and Banking domain.
