Roles & Responsibility:• Sales and Business Development: Revenue generation through admissions and other activities. Brand Building strategy and execution-mainly through BTL/TTL activities like events, seminars, contests etc. Build partnerships which help in branding and revenue generation. Building business through institutional tie ups. Monitoring Market Intelligence within the industry PR through relationship with Recruitment and train the sales, Academics and Customer Service team. Use of MIS to provide insights to management and improve performance P&L for a cluster / product To ensure profitability is achieved through robust volume achievement, premier pricing, strong alliances/relationship building and operating efficiency through retail and institutional channel. The role will involve making high value sales calls. Managing team of BD and Sales activities for Pune Region and build a good relation with School Director, Principal, VP and Coordinator and tie-up for various programs like CBSE & HSC School/College Integrated program.Relationship Management: Building relationships with Schools, Jr. College T&P Departments of colleges, Deans, Principals and local Vendor Management.• Event Management: Organizing and coordinating seminars, events, workshops in various School & colleges and other hang outs.• Digital Marketing: Creating campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp, Relationship Management: Building relationships with Schools, Jr. College T&P Departments of colleges, Deans, Principals and local Vendor Management. Branding and Marketing: Tapping Rs.5 Cr market, planning and executing marketing strategies. Social Media marketing, Mass mailers, SMS activities, Van drives, Posters, Flier distributions, Event organization. Creation and distribution of branding material for different channel partners. Event Management: Organizing and coordinating seminars, events, workshops in various colleges, shopping malls and other hang outs.
