Integrated **Weight Balance System** to fetch real-time weights from external machines using serial & & TCP IP (LAN) communication. Implemented logic to calculate quantity by dividing the actual weight by the master weight, and automatically generated **QR labels** based on the calculated quantity. These labels were printed and attached to material containers for identification and tracking.Rework Management System (Web Application): Built a rework tracking and approval workflow system for managing defective units. Integrated **Weight Balance** to measure returned materials, calculated rework quantity using actual weight/master weight, Developed user-friendly approval flow and real-time dashboards.Injection Molding Machine CSV Data Reader (Console Application):Created a lightweight console application to monitor and read molding machine data from CSV files generated over FTP. Implemented Folder Watcher logic to detect and process newly appended lines efficiently using FileSystemWatcher.
