ABOUT SHRIKANT KUNTALWAR
I am Shrikant Kuntalwar from Yavatmal, Maharashtra — a dedicated and passionate Social Work graduate with hands-on experience in community development, education awareness, and grassroots initiatives in rural and underprivileged areas.Coming from a small village, I have faced many challenges throughout my educational journey. These experiences have shaped my belief that staying connected to ground realities is essential for meaningful social change. During my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), I actively worked with organizations such as Eklavya India Foundation and Pratham Foundation (ASER Survey). My work included conducting community surveys, organizing educational workshops for tribal children, spreading social awareness, and volunteering in various field activities.I firmly believe that education is the most powerful tool for transforming rural society. Through my fieldwork and experiences, I have developed key skills in community mobilization, effective communication, leadership, and teamwork.
