Role: Technical ManagerTeam Leadership & Management Responsibilities:• Conducted daily stand-up meetings to ensure alignment on project objectives and addressed any blockers.• Managed audit non-conformities (NCs), aligning project activities with audit findings.• Updated and maintained critical project documentation, including RMR (Risk Management Report), PAR (Project Activity Report), MSR (Monthly Status Report), and PMRP (Project Measurement Resource Plan).• Maintained regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risk management, and deliverables.Technical Responsibilities:• Software development using Embedded C and C++ with Google test.• Configuration for following AUTOSAR modules with classic Autosar stack: RTE, CDD, BSWm SOME/IP, SD, DOIP, SOAD, ETH driver, OS, STBM, TCP/IP, Crypto module• Configuration of Ethernet switch and testing Ethernet switch behaviour.• Software design development using DaVinci Developer• Signature generation for software flashing with public and private key• Worked on Unit and integration testing activities.Applications: ETS(SOME/IP), Bootloader, BMD, Flashing over DOIP, TSN (Time sync), RTTM, Flash driver development, PLCA testing
