Capital Equipment Project Management.• Responsible for projects from receipt of the purchase order through final customer acceptance.• Responsible for managing $5 to $6 million of industrial equipment orders throughout the year.• Managing project tasks and coordinating with key project stakeholders.• Providing application engineering expertise in special applications (i.e. conceptual design of special configurations, evaluation of existing designs, basic modification of existing designs, etc.)• Consulting with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, specifications, service capabilities, and project deliverables. • Working with the regional sales team, reviewing customer requirements on medium to large complex projects, and determining appropriate process solutions by performing calculations using standard tools.• Processing the RFQ\'s based on customer requirements. • Provides Engineering responses to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community.• Effectively presents information to top management and work closely with members of sales, operations, manufacturing, quality, and administration.• Communicating customer requirements, specifications, project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management and consultants
