Worked in India (4 years from 20••••15), USA (6 years from 20••••21), and Currently working in India from Dec 2021.Currently Working on Validation and Verification of 9 Speed Transmission Software’s (USA Onsite Project) on HIL Simulated Environment (dSPACE) and on Vehicle.{i.e. Architecture’s CUSW (KL- Jeep Cherokee, K4 & K8, VM), NextGen (MP, M6 - Jeep Compass) and Powernet (RU- Pacifica) etc.Vehicle lines.}Develop master DVP(Design Verification Plan) for 9 speed transmission Vehicle programs, creating and managing DVP & Rs, test procedures and initial root cause analysis activities.Also responsible for fixing and validating PID’s and GIM’s issues on HIL and on Vehicle for Software’s, for that I have to first analyze the recorded data using CAN Analyzer/DC plot and if any Cal change is required by referring ZF documents then need to change it accordingly. Therefore, need to Test Software on dSPACE HIL and on Vehicle to verify that issue is fixed or not.Using Provetech/Controldesk and CDA (OEM specific tool for diagnostics) tool for HIL Simulation and to analyze the test results using ETAS INCA, DC Plot, CANalyzer tools.Determine field issues for different features, requirements and develop test procedures.Worked on Model Based Design Using MATLAB Simulink/TargetLink/Stateflow Development, M-Scripting, Model in Loop (MIL).Experience in gathering requirements management using Lotus notesExperience in dealing with people, worked as Onsite coordinator for 2 years, having team of 15 people.
