My career journey filled with opportunities at companies like Wipro Consumer Care and Hindustan Zinc Limited prior my move to Cipla.At Cipla, I progressed from Supply Planner to Cluster Head – Supply Planning, managing complex pharma manufacturing networks, to Business Transformation Manager, where I played a key role in shaping the future-state planning ecosystem under enterprise transformation.Currently, as Lead COE – Supply Planning, I focus on building scalable planning frameworks that elevate supply planning from transactional execution to strategic decision enablement.
